1969 SO69/1 bench seat Westfalia $15500

Pretty cool pop-top camper bus that has been local to us for a long time. Maybe originally sold at the Jesse Boyce dealership in Grand Junction. Its an unusual bench seat model, and had a interesting cabinet/stove arrangement. Sadly the stove has been lost, but makes room for a large cargo area to haul things (like bicycles).

It a very solid bus, all of the metal and paint is original. The belly pans are perfect. It does have a few "whiskey dents", but I don't think they detract from the overall considering the originality.

Mechanically, this bus is in perfect shape. We (KCW) have been maintaining it for the last few years. It has a Painter's Grinding 1776cc engine with 4000 miles on it. New clutch, muffler, alternator and carburetor. The suspension and brakes were done at the same time, and are all new. Ball joints, tie rods, shocks, steering damper, cables, shoes, cylinders, and hoses.

This is the turnkey type of bus you can jump into, drive anywhere, and not be afraid to use. Its had just enough miles put on it to work out any issues, and I would consider it a brand-new well oiled machine.
