Nice Franz! My 5 year old son's favorite color is green, I showed him these pics and he just starred speechless with his mouth all open. =D> =D>

Franz wrote:Yeah my bus restoration is completely back burner. I have no real deadline to be finished by....It will be a driving shell soon, but probably an all summer process to get the interior/accessories built and tuned to my liking.

I have been giving 100% of my focus to customer projects lately. Which is cool. I dig building cars for people. Its nice not having to worry about my extracurricular activities. The weekend is the only time I really work on this bus, and its kind of half-assed. All kinds of distractions, and I like to take it easy. No reason to stress.

Anyways, I'm over the led light strips. Kind of embarrassed that I did that. 8-[ Most of the VW electrical system will be finished today. I spent yesterday riding bikes, and cleaning polishing blasting painting misc light parts.

I got some cool Hella H4 headlights that came with the bus.

Weekend progress. Doug was here installing aquamarine Sunbrella headliner. I added belt loops to the rack, finished the welds and blasted it.

My friend Scott Hodges made me some redwood bows for the subhatch opening. The headliner and tent will get stapled to.

Clean white metal. Those are all my removables too. Next on the list. \:D/
