Subierecycler came through with 04-05 forester accelerator pedal and wire harness pigtail. I'm sending the ee20 wire harness and this accelerator pedal to Boxeer for the wire harness and ECU kit.

Audi winter wheels arrived. They look awesome. Rubber will be 245/75/16 BFG all terrains.

We were talking about black powder coat. I think we should leave them alone. They have a machined surface with clear over.

Will the wiring be 'plug n play'?

The transaxle and diff arrived back from AA transaxle. This is a serious piece of hardware. NOS, special, and hard to find parts from South Africa.

-limited slip diffs
-differential lockers
-5.43 ring and pinions
-syncro decoupler
-.77 4th gear (to get the cruising speed back up from the small r&p for good climbing/off road 1st and 2nd gears)
-1.14 3rd gear (to space the gear between stock 2nd gear and the overdrive 4th)
-new cross country housing
-new aluminum gear carrier housing
-new aluminum locker case
-sport viscous coupler
-oiling plates and some other tricks.

Boxxer is building us a custom plug&play wire harness for the ee20 diesel subaru.

Its going to be awesome. Included in the harness is a windows tablet to monitor the engine, and do everything else that tablets do. It will be semi-permanently installed on the dash somewhere. Much simpler that useful than a bunch of gauges and separate wiring.

Right now, I'm waiting for the Burley suspension part to arrive. That is the first step of this build. I want to get all the 930 stubs, disc brakes, and extended trailing arms installed.

A great and ambitious build to take on Franz, I'm sure you'll be all over it. going to be many hours of head scratching and mocking up to get it how you'd be happy with it! Its going to be a really great go anywhere camper when you're done.

Keep it up.
