I saw that this morning too, and it already hit the whines with some undeserving comments. :-&
I was hoping to see it finished on it's thread here, and take it's place alongside the SHR \:D/

This isn't dead and gone just yet. Been dealing with life bullshit and a touch of depression on my part. I am just in a funk. I haven't touched any of the cars in a couple weeks. I am seriously lacking energy and motivation. I am needing to buy the wife a new car. Her 2001 Bug isn't working for us anymore. It's a great car just too small. So now I am having to shop around for a vehicle which means a loan and I hate payments and loans. On top of dealing with car salesmen. So I figured I would put the bus up for sale along with my fiberglass buggy project and the Type 34 Ghia project. Trying to raise some funds for a down payment. I didn't list them cheap as I REALLY don't want to sell them off but if someone has the cash and close enough to what I want then so be it.

I will say seeing the Thread on John's Pamper makes me want to keep the long bus and do it right so I can enjoy it with the family as originally intended.

Hopefully the wife's bug, the Type 34 Ghia and Buggy sell. Then I can keep the bus.

Anyone looking for a 2001 Turbo Bug with a ton of custom work done to it? It was Paul Iozzio's magazine car from March 2004 Hot VW's.

I need to get some motivation and get my ass back in the garage.

I was going to put in the ad that KCW would love to restore it for the new owner. But I figured John would at the very least banish me from this site. \:D/

So I didn't.

If you're interested PM me. Willing to make a deal.

I'm just crazy enough to take on a project like this. But right now I'm so broke, I can't afford to pay attention. Smile
Let me draw you a fucking picture!

Man what am I getting myself into??? This big bitch is gonna be fucking my shop up????? Oh my!!!

Hell yeah, I'm gonna Subi this bitch for Scott! I think heat and ac would pretty much be useless in something this big unless you have it blowing on your balls directly. No promises on the ac, just toying with that idea on a few swaps I'm currently working on.

i got a line on a Subaru 2.2 turbo car, that would be a perfect donor, stock turbo set up.
Andy In Modesto

Maybe Subaru parts could fix it?

Get a vanagon aux rear heater. Simple little unit that mounts under the rear seat.
