Well I suck, the weather here has been ball busting hot and will be for the next 5 days, 105 temps can suck it. I work in that shit all day, I come home and enjoy the ac!

I'm actually waiting on the radiator to show up. I've been buying new parts for the squareback, got a .77 4th gear for it. Should be good 3.88 with .77 4th. I'll update that turd when I have exciting shit to show.

This bus I hope I can drive it this weekend, which should be a do'able thing.

I know Franz your busting my balls and keeping motivation going, plus you gotta have fun on here too. I've just been busy at work and it's been too hot, so being in the garage hasn't been fun.

I've never cut a radiator shorter or narrower before. I've welded on a few, just never made size changes. It fits nicely between the frame rails. You can do this without cutting the radiator, It did fit before I cut it...I wanted some more side clearance so I can reroute the heater tube. I cut it out.

Here's some pictures! I'll weld a 2" wide piece down the end so it's capped off. Done!

So baywindow does not need the manifold cut and flipped?

You can cut and weld/flip the intake if you want. But that's a shit ton of work, and I want to show everyone that it can be made bolt on. This way actually works pretty good. Bolt on! Besides the type 3, I'll make more of these throttle body relocators for future swaps.

There is a you-tube series of a guy doing a Subi swap in a bus. Pretty painful to listen to as, the guy umm's and ah's his way through. About a minute into this one linked below, is his TBR. Might be commercially made.

Just a Baywindow with a muffler, like a Honda!! vroooommmmm

Only thing I had to cut was the heater tube under the bus, but it's getting rerouted so it will still be hooked up.

Stock height and wheels even. Going to be strange with the subaru sound coming from it.
