Still need to bolt the apron and bumper back on. I put about 20 miles on it tonight, fuck me!! I don't need a bus this fast, my balls aren't big enough for this. Everything works great, 180 water temps going down the road. Belly mount radiators are the shit, works awesome!!!! No scoop yet either. Just the radiator tilted down in the front and 2 fans under it pulling.

Nice work, Andy! You're making these swaps look easier and easier with each one you do. =D>

Yeah they are pretty easy. I have my system and ways to building them, it works so I keep doing it. Exhaust system is the same one I've ran on all of my swaps, same brain box, only thing different has been the radiator placement. Same radiator in this bus as my old blue super.

Hahaha. That line is great. Especially stock height. Stock brakes? At least 71's have front discs....

Yes stock disc/drum brakes, pretty good too. Not sure what they felt like stock, but I'm going to guess the Subaru engine pulls more vacuum so that might be helping.??

Did some more testing and once over on some things. Redid the fuel lines, a "T" doesn't work, you need a dedicated out line and a dedicated in line. Might be ok for low psi systems, but not for Subi.

Shot some black paint on the side of the radiator you can see from the side.

Pretty sweet set up, more driving today, 180 temps.

No love for a bay winder with a Subi? Yall suck! I love it, I'd say this Subi swap was a home run out the gate. Every other swap I've had to do this or that once it's going... Not this one, just drive it!
