THe new house is a go. I'm working on my current home to help it sell. We've been all pre approved and have the green light so it's all looking good. Just hope I have the energy to get through this. It's crazy at the moment.

Hey George,
What size tires are you running on the volksrod? I'm planning on running 205/90/15 on 15x6 rims. 29.5" diameter.

Signing papers tomorrow it got crazy for a bit. THe owner filed bankruptcy the property went to court then the bank. the whole time with our offer on its back. Well the bank accepted it and now we are looking at a April 4h move in. We are keeping our house we have now, and going to rent it and use that to make the new payment. Since it's payed for we will use it as income. Everything is working out really well, I'm kinda exited about this. But I still don't count my chickens till they are hatched ! Wink

That's awesome George. Rentals are great, most of the time. At least you live nearby to fix things, I am 1800 miles away from mine. ](*,)
