Wonder if there is a skid steer nearby for Franz to shape up that track for you.

It's just outside of fruita about 25 minutes from here. I'm looking forward to a huge garden

We are going there today to make our offer with Caldwell bankers we've already been pre approveded it looks like it is going to happen kinda fast. I spent yesterday signing papers and listening to two female realtors there voice started sounding like Charlie Browns teachers voice . Hilary is on top of this the realtors want us to start packing. I think this is going to happen fast we just did a walk through and look around, the place is huge I love it. Great view off mountains all around.
