Tons of good shit going on around here!!!

i spent most of the day working on the Baywindow. I'll be done tomorrow with it. But can't just work on other peoples stuff all the time. Got to the squareback! The fastback that got dropped off, he wants me to use the stock type 3 oil filler/dip stick on the Subi engine. Good idea!! Built mine tonight for the Squareback. No more oil fill or dip stick ontop of the motor!!!

Just use the stock rubber condom that connects the motor to the body and bam! Factory!!!

Picture suck, but you get the idea. Oil pan with a tube coming out of it. Look it's a stripper pole!!

Your telling me Scott!!!! Your telling me!! Soon! Just gotta wrap up the fuel line shit. That's kicking my bunghole. Placement sucks balls, fuel pump is 5/16", filter regulator is 3/8". Just need to find the magic pieces. Hopefully Napa is open tomorrow, or maybe a rubber hose shop will be.

Here's my idea for the air filter. I hate the exposed cone filter, looks like a go ped scooter or a Honda. So I made something to hide the filter. I'm using a filter that just fits into the hole the stock air bellow connected to. Kinda ugly in the open like this but in the car is pretty slick. 45 degree silicon boot and bam! Fits. Some paint and screws tomorrow and that's done!

There's a flat new car style filter between the egg and the square with the 3" tube

Been working on the fastback, nothing exciting. I'm just trying to stay one step ahead with the square cause I'm copying most of it on the fastback.

You know first hand JJ it's not all bling bling, just gotta make something to get the juices flowing.

Thanks Franz, when I was building it I asked myself, aluminum? Or stainless? But regular steel is what I have most of instock. I just want the Subi to look stockish.

Small details but 99% done. Change some clamps, clean up some stuff, change the oil filler rubber, small quick stuff.
Air filter housing isn't all fancy but it works, good enough.

Ready to roll!!!!
