Got all the nuts and bolt tight on the outside before the trip. Started feeling a bit of a vibration while rolling down the highway .. :-s ....started getting a bit worse.... :-$ ..Made it to Moab... \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/....left it till Sat morning to see if it would fix its
self ... :-# :-# ..no luck... ](*,) ](*,)

Was hoping for just a loose flywheel... [-o< [-o< [-o< ....yanked the motor out at the Ottinger wearhouse under the watch of a 20' T-Rex.

Flywheel was all good. Something deep inside is not.... ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ....jammed the lump back in and putted back to campsite.
While talking with Sonny he said he was coming to GJ this week and would throw it on a trailer and drag it back for me... That's a bummer man, you've been fighting it for a while now. I'm sure it will be fixed shortly.

Seems everything you hear about the Ottinger family reinforces the facts that they are good folks. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>
911 operator: What is your emergency ? Me: Some asshole just pulled out in front of me & totaled my car! 911: Are you injured? Me: No. 911: Is the other driver injured ? Me: Not yet....but you should probably send an ambulance.

^^^No 2L for the daily.

Grad the old leaker that i pulled from this rig a few months ago. Ran fine just leaked everywhere after 15 years of service.
Unstacked and removed heads. P&C's looked great. Heads are cracked at plug spark plug holes.

Pulled heads off hurt motor. They are still in great shape from the refresh I did on them, so on they went.
Not sure whats up this motor yet. Must dig deeper.

Where I was yesterday about 7pm. One down, one to go, and restack.

Use your Muir manual!!!

About 130am I gave in. Just a few things left to do.
