I took a look at Jim's car this morning. I wasn't expecting to find what I did and wish that I didn't. I was hoping that with a little tune/adjust I would be a hero and he would be on his way. When I opened the lid I found a tossed and chewed belt ](*,) I grabbed the crank and shook.. It didn't move in and out.. it went side to side Frown Frown I pulled the engine out. Gotta see what Jim wants to do next..

Ouch! Hope it's an easy fix but it doesn't look good. #-o #-o #-o

Appears to be a donor from a 67-68. Still a 1500cc single port. Swapped original pistons for 87mm and added a mild cam. I'm sure KCW can get it running for me if I mess it up.

I got Jim's engine taken apart. I found the flywheel loose and it beat the shit out of the crank. It's ready to ship to painters to see what's salvageable.

Got her all buttoned up. Fixed a few other issues too. Really good running single port 1641cc.
