Nah, the Tiny House is basically a studio that was built years ago. Nothing fancy but I put it in Airbnb when I don't have guest or family in town. Here is a link https://airbnb.com/rooms/8257455?s=8&us ... bd12698e36

I think a lot of people are doing this in Boise. I was trying to convince John he needed to do this with buses at the KCW compound... \:D/

I think the record player out there is a Sony or a Sanyo. Can't remember for sure but I bought it on Craigslist for like 30 bucks. I replaced it with this Pioneer my buddy gave me. Had to buy a new belt for it but everything else was perfect. Sounds great and there are a lot of bands now that sell records at there shows. Big heavy pieces of vinyl that sound great.

John, when you roll to Boise we will have you set up!

all depends on what you have for music. a good rule of thumb for random vinyl around here is 0.50 a piece for 33 1/3 or you can try to price them individual but odds are you have some filler junk and maybe a few that are $5 to $10 if the condition is crispy. being stored in a garage i would guess it is closer to the $0.50 a piece max range for the lot.

Yeah, I was thinking .25 to .50 each or less for the lot. Ah well....sorry for the high jack. :-#

Just finished five window frames. This is slow going... ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) Had to mill all the frames and then trim them out. Baltic birch trim and pine for the frame. Sand, light stain, and the poly with a semi gloss. Hopefully install this week. \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ Good stuff!

I live in a shipping black hole. I don't even try anymore as it isn't worth my time to try and package something then have to drive to Grand Junction to ship it. Everything needs to be picked up at my house. Sorry. ](*,)

Okay, think I am getting close on the interior. Need to build a jump seat and a small cabinet but most of the paneling is done. Just installed window casings tonight. Stacey's seat looks good! \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ I need her to do the rear cushion... Hoping a mess of beers will motivate the seamstress of the house to finish that over the weekend! :-k :-k :-k
