You would probaby be OK with the water part, but the portages would be a bitch going up and over the divide twice.
Someone recently told me to "act my age" Screw them ! I'm having too much fun to act that old !

I feel your pain JOnes #-o the last 2 trips I've made to Bamfield .....FuckingBamfield as you liked to call it :-# I've spent trying to resurrect the outboard that has sunk multiple times #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o ocean and aluminum aren't friends ](*,) ](*,)
Carb just wasn't right, brought home and ultrasonic tanked it overnight and managed to get the emulsion tube out of the carb.....looks what was hiding :-#

No wonder it ran like shit! Hahaha back up for fishing in 2 weeks....bringing a bunch of guys from work up and we gonna hold our own 3 boat derby \:D/ actually going halibut fishing tomorrow morning with a charter buddy Wink

I've found boats are really fun when your friends own them and you put gas in =D>

I heard this saying about boats a long time ago, so it's probably been heard by most. It goes like this, "two best days of a boat owner; the day you buy it, and the day you sell it".
Another one, "a big hole in the water you throw money into".

john my experience with late 50s evinrude / johnson motors. check the cylinder pressure, if they are more than 5 pounds off from each other it will not run properly. also check the coils, if they have hairline cracks they will misfire.
