Crazy to think that this truck may have been in Europe for WWII.

Most likely didn't make it there. U.S. Government not known for bringing equipment back. Usually destroyed or turned over to local enities.
Let me draw you a fucking picture!

I sold my 49 shoe box coupe to George a couple months ago. I was sad to see it go, but thats the game. These cars are like baseball cards. Buy/Sell/Trade to make my collection better.

I have a 1950 ford coupe that I'm probably going to sell too...If anybody is interested? Its the most desirable year/model shoebox, and its in great shape. franzmuhr@gmail.com

The newest addition. 1935 ford coupe basketcase.

It has a lot of great parts, but is also missing a lot of parts. The back end was cut-off to make it a junkyard ute back in the day.

Luckily, I had some help digging a 35 coupe out of a ditch that had all the doors, fenders, and pieces that I'll need for this one. Car farming.

That was a fun night, and a lot of work. The eve of Thanksgiving.

I think I may have got Kendall in trouble with the Mrs. :-$ and probably ruined his Thanksgiving. Hodges, Peet, Parks and I carried the pieces up hill with 2 x 4's like they carry ancient Egyptian rulers. It sucked.

I drove strait to a car wash and made a giant mud mess in one of their bays, I kind of felt bad that I didn't clean it up. But It was late, I was cold and exhausted. I'm sure the guy who opened the place in the morning had some choice words for me. Smile

That is the floor pan right there that Scott Hodges is standing on. Stuck in the mud. It made a suction sound when we pried it loose with 2 x 4's.

How the hell do you find out about that? That's a shit load of digging.

Maybe Subaru parts could fix it?
