I drive this car almost everyday. The taillights and brake lights were not adequate for all the tailgaters here in the south. I ordered these from Chip Birks on the Samba. Tremendous difference and a very high quality product.

Still driving this piece even in the winter. This has been a great car. I may put a slightly bigger engine in it sometime. But for now I just put my ass in it. And a girl's ass sometimes.

This was Monday night. Four of us went out for Mexican. Good times.

Well as I said a few posts up, I did install a larger engine. I had my buddy James build me a nice 1904.

CB heads (that needed a lot of work!) and rods
74 crank
90.5 B AA pistons and cylinders and carbs
Scat C25 cam and lifters and 1.25 rockers
Vintage Speed exhaust
1.5 diameter heater boxes that were completely welded wrong
New tranny with a 3.88 stock mainshaft, 1.48 3rd, and .89 4th
Stage 1 PP and a Daiken disc

This think is very peppy and fun to drive. Certainly changed the entire dynamic of this car.

You got it. You will love this combo. I've had 2 of these built in the last few years. I highly recommend this for any of you thinking about a performance engine.
