Out for a Sunday cruise!

I added KYB Gas Adjust shocks to the rear. It was squatting pretty hard. When I took off the purple shocks that Kevin put on here I found the driver's side was worthless. That probably explains the squatting!

I got this for another project but decided to throw it on the rag top. This is the new stainless rack from AA Industries. It is pretty nice!

Just taking it out for lunch!

You can definitely hear the drop from the 1.48 3rd to the stock 4th here. I love the gearing for around town and the 4th is great for cruising the highway.

Yes it does do that. Probably why it won't stay on here.

Just an update on this car. Still driving it daily! Love the simplicity. No gas gauge. No oil pressure. Generator and oil light. Good to go. It truly is my favorite car and I am thankful for John and KCW for building such a great car. People talk to me about it all the time.

John I may need to build another one soon!

I don't think Scott is a "dirty Hippie" that would drive a bus Smile

I know of a 71 westy for sale in GJ. Decent bus for $2500.
