john i was wondering if it would be possible for you or one of the KCW crew members could build me a rack for my bus, i need a surf rack.
basically just 2 cross members with the footings that attach to the rail.
is it possible to make it super low profile so my bus will fit in my garage without having to take my board off at the end of my day.
please let me know, i can send a deposit to get the job started if its possible.
maybe you can paint it the pale blue and at the same time send me some of both color paints or get me the codes so i can have my painter touch up some of the scratches.
let me know
thanks john

Sounds simple enough. Send $500, and give me a few weeks.

Wouldn't hurt to park in the opening and get out the old tape for some serious numbers so the guys know how much room they have to work with.
911 operator: What is your emergency ? Me: Some asshole just pulled out in front of me & totaled my car! 911: Are you injured? Me: No. 911: Is the other driver injured ? Me: Not yet....but you should probably send an ambulance.

good morning john, hope you are having a great weekend,
could you please send me the paint codes on coles old bus, really in need of them asap. [pale blue, turquis]
bus is going in paint shop next week to touch up a few flaws and really want to get the colors correct.
being on the coast i have to keep all flaws coated or they rust in no time, i ahve already hit up most spot with rust inhibitor.
been driving my bus everyday, super great daily driver, you were so right.
people love this bus everywhere i go, and she is a delight to drive.
thanks for your time and looking forward to meeting you at the beginning of november, my wife and i are gonna make the journey back from oregon to phoenix and we plan on visiting some friends in denver, we will for sure stop by your shop.
thanks again.

Sorry to not get back to you yet..

You mentioned you were going to repaint the nose... Which means you are going to have to get some paint mixed and matched.. Cause a touch up bottle isn't going to work for that.. so... I blew off sending you some.. Sorry... The codes... L289 is the blue white.. L380 is the turkis. Nothing I could send you is going to help really. They will have to match it in person...

Postby kitesurfusa » Sun Nov 09, 2014 3:27 pm

just wanted to say that i love this bus, it is definitely the best one i have owned yet, such a great daily driver and it looks super sweet as well, thanks again to the crew at kcw, you guys did a great job.
just had my bus transported back to nour phoenix arizona residence, just got it off the transport truck this morning and she is perfect.
had to give her a good bath and drive her around scottsdale this morning, she sure gets a lot of attention.
well now its time to put her away in our garage until our next outing.
talk soon!

I couldn't believe it myself.. Every time he called all he said was how much he loved the bus... but.. I think it said something about buying machinery for work or something... I know that routine ALL TOO WELL..... Wink Wink Wink Wink
