Dan's bus is in for a tune-up. Hes, planning to take it to Telluride this weekend for the Neil Young show.

Main issue was the float bowls emptying when it sats for much time. I pulled the carbs and noticed that there were wet/clean spots where it looked like fuel was leaking past the lead plugs. A little JB weld here should do wonders here.

I also noticed the generator light was not going out. Luckily, It was easy to swap the regulator to rectify the problem.

I re torqued the heads, adjusted valves, cleaned points, changed oil, and cleaned the oil filter this afternoon.

Should I change the transaxle oil? Do remember the last time it was done Dan?

I've had Dan's bus in the clean shop the last couple of days. Installing a new wire harness.

Here is the burned section that got melted when Dan's bus was being used as a trailer. It had a tow hit permanently welded to the frame.

I think this is the problem with the brake lights. I installed a new switch. Tried to bleed the old master, but couldn't get fluid to suck through the system. I had to install a new master and reservoir.

I also installed a horn.

Ready to install the 2276cc this morning.

Electric's will be great with a new harness. Dan, still running the small nut RGB's on this? With the "nakid stroker", you won't have to down shift for shit. Smile

That's pretty good work there Franz. Next thing you know you will get all fancy and make those wipers work.

Good to see one of Dan's rides pop back up on the main page. This mango is sweet.

You get that bay window going yet Dan? Have been itching to see what you did with that.....
