Ben's 67 W/T Standard

Postby Pigpen » Fri Mar 12, 2010 11:17 am

This poor bus has been passed around like herpes in Manhatten... Smile It first got to KCW as Joe Castanza's bus that he wanted converted into a 21.. John convinced him to just buy a 21 instead, so they ended up using this one as a parts bus.. After Joe's bus was finished, John sent this bus to the crusher.. It got picked up by a local there, and changed hands many times since.. George, and Creig both owned it at one time as well.. So here it is, back at KCW.. Chris decided to step up, and save this thing.. All we plan on doing is rust repair, and fab work for him.. He wants to do paint and body work on his own.. We have a lot of the sheet metal already here, so John and I should be able to crank on this thing... I forgot to take overall pics, but I got some pics of the more glorious areas.. Smile

I saved some pop out pillar pieces just for someone/something like this, need them to save a few bucks or not worth the time on old metal?

would be willing to trade some nice used bullet front turn signal lens and a 70's T2 f/g side scoop for the vent. and yes, i am serious on the trade. - friend of mine's shit box '58 camper/panel

Definitely in the right hands.....

This bus was a father son project as I can remember ofr his 16th B-day. Damn what a cool dad =D> =D>

Chris, before you know it this thing will be more solid that the Jeep you drove to pick it up in. Jarrod you will have one sweet ride very soon.

What are the specifics on the bus build?? color......

We gotta get these guys signed up on the forum and start posting up
