I just rolled past 13,000. I'm headed to Eureka Springs show next month. My travelling pal, Carl, always has a conflict that weekend, so I usually trailer it to OKC an then convoy over with some friends. This year I think I'm gonna take an extra day on both ends, slow it down a little, take the back roads, and drive it all the way. That'll add another 1500 miles or so.

Hard to tell how much, but as best I can tell, the scoop is worth at least 10deg or so.

Merry Christmas to me! I called up Tigear at A-1 and ordered up an all-stainless system. As always... very nicely done!

It's been a while.... here's a little update. I've still been driving the DC quite a bit. Still running great. I just got back from a VW show in Arkansas -- logged another 1,400 miles in one shot. That put me over the 20,000-mile mark.

20,000 miles and counting.... 100+mph Bus Club.... cruise at 80mph all day long.... or drive it like a grampa -- This Bus does it all.

It's been 3-1/2 years since I picked this Bus up at KCW, and I haven't changed the combination AT ALL. KCW definitely knows how to build a rock-solid driver. With this Bus, you can go as far and as fast as you wanna go.

Thanks again guys... I couldn't be happier with this Bus!! =D>

Here's a short video of a drive through some twisties on Arkansas backroads.... enjoy.

So do your safaris leak bad enough to keep towels on the dash? Always wondered if safaris are best for hot, DRY climates...

They all leak.... put them in anyway. It's worth it.

I heard 280+ cars. Weather was decent. The rumors of this being the last year are not true.
