This was cool, I ran across an old owner of my Single! He had it for 14 years I think and showed me these pics of it back in the 80's Smile I'm going to talk to him later next week any get more info but I think I'm going to be able to track about the last 30 years history on this rig!!!! =D>

](*,) ](*,) ](*,) I managed to get the back half of my Bus apart today even though I took a 4 hour break in the afternoon \:D/ Cleaned up part of my BIG mess so Franz doesn't yell at me tomorrow and now am cleaning up the TRANSMISSION parts we are going to re-use Smile There is some kind of rumor floating around the shop that all my drivers are dirty as fuck and covered in oil, NOT EVEN TRUE!!!! :^o :-$ Anyways ill run a little Simple Green around the underside of my rig to squash this ugly lie then its assembly time!!!!! Wink Smile

Oh yeah, no more electric fuel pump, external oil filter, big ass distributor......................the Boys are trying to talk me out of my trick ass Bay carbs as well but I think I'll get this first step done before I swap carbs, B U D G E T!!! Frown

ANYWAYS, just put in the tranny and whatever mount stuff you were talkin about and roll it outside!!!!!. Smile leave the engine out and next time I get over there I'll camp out right next to Franz and we will hold hands and sing songs and build VW's together LUCKY!!!!!! \:D/ \:D/
