Re: Who's do'n work?

I wasn't completely happy with how the chrome was laying on seal in a few places (gaps between seal and trim), and because I hate myself, I pulled the trim, profiled it better to the curves of the window, and re-installed it last night. Much better.

Re: Boat load of body parts

Have a dry driver's side T3 door? Also looking for a set of bumpers w/ decent chrome for T3 (60's blades, not the later square). Bumpers are all gone. I have at least one drivers door left, but I think it has a dent a bit back from the leading edge right on the body line. I'll pull it out and check...

Re: Who's do'n work?

You put the trim in afterwards?! Yep, had to. I tried for a couple hours to put it on before. No matter how much tape I used to hold the seal it would roll it off of the glass while roping the trim in. It's the early c-channel that pushes away from the glass edge as it goes in. Silicone spray in th...

Early Ghia glass is every bit the pain people say it is. Got it done though. http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j273/greek-pete/DE58B029-A834-4F87-A6A0-091E902DE025_zpsgnvaefrl.jpg http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j273/greek-pete/851A3B40-7281-412A-8DCD-D75D330CD430_zpsvkzijitu.jpg http://i82.photob...

Re: KCW Randomness

After a couple of DM's back and forth I'm not sure he can locate the set he thinks he has. If he comes through I'll still buy them and likely move them on since I've had some others indicate interest. Didn't want to bother you with it either; any garage time you have is better spent on your own proj...
