Assembly is going smooth. Transaxle and rear suspension yesterday, front today.FranzKeymasterMarch 6, 2018 at 6:06 pmPost count: 832
JJ was a buffing fool today. I think the entire car and even the trunk got polished. Tom cleaned threads and installed fenders.
I assembled the polished 3″ beam with old speed’s welded dropped spindle disc brake kit. Super nice stuff. Directional rotors, and the whole bit.
All original hardware blasted and detail done by Tom, along with cleaning all of the cable tubes. Some crappy work that I didn’t have to do. 😎

more pics I dunno if you can see that lead line on that lid… 1/4 added on each end and tapered to zero in the middle…
I really enjoyed sanding and buffing that clear… It came out sooo nice… One advantage you have with base clear.. is you can keep knocking out dirt all the way till you start clearing…JdawgParticipantMarch 7, 2018 at 8:24 amPost count: 355

Hey John. Franz and I were talking. Does that split 3spoke need to go to Koch’s? Or is it good enough for franzy-pants to dial in? I know Koch’s takes a little bit of time. I bought that NOS split horn button already which is on the shelf somewhere in the clean shop.
