None of it is permanent, besides 4 holes in the frame rails to hold the radiator. It’s all bolt in.  You’ll see how it is once JJ let’s me do one for his daughter….some year.

I got a split bus dropped of yesterday for a swap. That’s on deck this week.  Trying to catch up and get swaps down to 1 week turn around.

    Thanks for the post JJ.

That bug is badass for sure. I’ve always wanted to dimple dye something, just never could figure out what to do???

still full steam ahead here. 67 Bug is the main swap project this week. I got a couple of smaller jobs going too, some testing on a panel with dual radiators in the engine bay.

Looks like I’ll be doing another blue squareback subi swap, a Fastback, and a gray squareback here shortly.

    Lifes good here.

I got my buddy Zach working here now.. he’s the buddy who I brought with me to KCW a few years ago in the squareback.. he’s not the most skilled dude, I’m no claim to fame to being the best, but he’s here all the time and learning quick.

Were doing Subi swaps and pretty much anything else that people want done. Got a few cars from out of state coming, and some leaving to other states.

Did a swap this last week on a 67 bus. Making a transaxle mid mount now. It has a 2.5 single over head cam motor.

Finding a niche market and building a business in it.  Awesome…keep doing your thing.  I like watching all of the build updates on your IG; you’re getting these conversions down to a pretty quick process.
