Next on the list for my double door panel is to weld the floor in and the rear wheel cutouts. I think I am going to save up some hundo’s and see if John will bang it out in a weekend when he isn’t busy. Need to finish the welding on outside so I can make some swivels and get those windows in the front and side doors. It need a lot of  work. But it’s at the right place. ?

So I checked out the super beetle vert today and it needs pan work they are shot. Drivers rear fender is smashed up from a tire blowout and drivers door is fuckered up by the handle. Car is yellow with a karman badge by the passander door. It’s just about complete it’s got front and rear seats that need work. Windows are good and it has a Arizona title 600$ and a towbar bolted to the front??  The motor is a solid 1600cc dualport with a case #AH2688 I think. He has some extra Weber ict  duals carbs for the motor but it has a 2 barrel Webber on it. Good deal but I don’t need a SB Vert for yard art so if anyone is into it let me know. I am going to buy it for the motor.

Yep that’s what I thought but it for the motor. Yep it has 5 spare wheels if u want them but they come with a SBVERT that you guys can scrap. Maybe a good tranny too?

That should have the nice one sided deferential transmission. Stronger than the two sided, better for racing. 3:88R&P too.

Is that tranny good for a bus tranny too. I might need a good tranny for my panel ?. Haven’t tried the one that is in there yet but I want that bus to cruise.

If you wanted to convert you panel to trailing arms and CV axles like Franz and I are running, you could use it. It would be OK lowered configuration too.
