Bus is all blasted and cleaned up…… Metal work will start anytime now..  and hopefully go quick…. I think there were a few surprises after blasting…. as usual…..  😎  well get some pics up later for ya..

I seen a pretty large pile of dirt on the floor as I walked past yesterday. Funny how much falls out of a “clean bus” when the rockers get cut open

Started on the drivers side. Dissected out the junk. Outer rocker was toast, jack point also. Only lost a small section the inner rocker and a top hat.

Patched up the drivers dogleg, lower door seal channel and section of the bulk head so far.

We will build it if it comes.

Fit and burned in inner rocker section this morning. Outer fit and tacked in. Should have rust repair along drivers side finished up tomorrow except for a small section of cargo floor.

Moved over to the pass side Friday. Cut out top hat sections, front outrigger and front jack point that blasting exposed the rot on.

Got the inner rocker, cargo door rocker and rear rocker section burned in and dressed yesterday.

Lower rear cargo door nut plate fell out when I removed the pass outer rocker skin. Opened up the c pillar from the back side to get access. 

We will build it if it comes.
